Overview of chara Account Settings
When you log into chara, your Account Settings page is accessible from the main menu. We organize the settings into five core sections: Profile, Payment Methods, Session History, Security, and Preferences. Each section is self-contained, so you can update one area without affecting others. We save all changes immediately, and we send you an email confirmation whenever you modify sensitive settings like your password or linked payment account.
Our Account Settings system is designed for members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang who want control over how they manage their chara account. Whether you are adjusting your display name, adding a new bank account, or reviewing your recent slot session history, we keep the interface straightforward and responsive on mobile and desktop browsers.
Profile and personal information
The Profile section on chara displays your registered email, display name, phone number, and identity document status. We require your email and phone number for account security—we use these channels to verify withdrawal requests and send you important platform notifications. Your display name appears in live-dealer chat and on leaderboards if you participate in our slot tournaments. You can update your display name at any time, but your registered email can only be changed if you provide additional identity verification.
Your identity document status shows whether we have verified your ID and national ID number. We ask for these documents during your first withdrawal request or if we need to resolve a dispute about your account. Once verified, your status updates to "Verified," and you unlock higher withdrawal limits and faster processing. We do not share your ID information with third parties; we store it securely and use it only for account verification and compliance purposes.
We keep your profile information separate from your payment data. Your display name and personal contact details are used for account management only; they do not determine your payment eligibility or withdrawal speed. We ask for accurate information because our compliance team may cross-check your profile against your deposit methods—if your bank transfer says "Ahmad Suharto" but your chara profile says "Alex Smith," we may flag the account for verification.
You can upload a profile picture on chara, though this is optional. Your profile picture appears only if you enable it in your Preferences section; it does not affect your gameplay or account access. We support standard image formats (JPG, PNG) up to 5 MB in size.
Payment methods and linked accounts
Our Payment Methods section shows all the e-wallets and bank accounts you have linked to chara. We support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment for immediate transfers. For bank transfers, we generate a unique virtual account number for each of our partner banks—e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. You can link multiple payment methods to your chara account, and we display the status of each (Active, Pending, or Inactive).
When you add a new payment method, we require verification—for e-wallets, you authorize a small test transaction; for bank transfers, we provide you with a virtual account number and ask you to transfer a test amount to confirm ownership. We do not charge fees for adding or removing payment methods; we only deduct fees when you actually deposit or withdraw. Our chara system shows all applicable fees before you confirm a transaction, so you know exactly how much will arrive in your account.
Withdraw to the same method you deposited from
On chara, we typically process withdrawals to the payment method you used for your most recent deposit. If you prefer a different method, you can select an alternative linked account in your withdrawal request, though some methods may require additional verification.
You can deactivate a payment method at any time, and we will remove it from your active account. If you deactivate an e-wallet and later want to use it again, you simply re-link it through the same process. We do not delete historical payment records; we keep them for audit and compliance purposes, but they will not appear as active options for new deposits or withdrawals.
Session history and account activity
The Session History section on chara displays all your gameplay activity organized by game type. You can filter by date range, game title, or outcome type (wins, losses, neutral results). For each session, we show the game name, session start time, duration, number of rounds or hands played, and your net balance change. If you played Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, or Mahjong Ways, each slot session is logged separately. Live-dealer sessions show the table type (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) and the number of hands played.
Our session logs are useful for tracking your play patterns. If you want to review a specific day—say, during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha when you had extended free time—you can pull that date range and see exactly which games you played and how your balance moved. We retain session history for the lifetime of your account, so you can look back at sessions from weeks, months, or years ago.



Security and password management
We take account security seriously on chara. The Security section allows you to change your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), and review recent login activity. We recommend changing your password every 90 days and enabling 2FA if you regularly access chara from different devices or locations. When 2FA is enabled, you receive a one-time code via email or SMS after you enter your password, and you must enter that code to complete your login.
Your Security section also shows your recent login history—dates, times, and device types (mobile, desktop, tablet). If you see a login from an unfamiliar location or device, you can log out from that session immediately using the "Log out from all other devices" button. This feature helps protect your account if someone else gains temporary access to your password.
Preferences and notification settings
The Preferences section lets you customize how chara communicates with you. You can choose your notification channels (email, SMS, or push notifications if you use our mobile app), set your preferred language (English or Bahasa Indonesia), and decide which types of alerts you want to receive. You can opt into promotional emails about upcoming tournaments (for example, during Liga 1 playoffs or Piala AFF matches), or you can opt out if you prefer to manage your account quietly.
You can also set your display preferences—font size, theme e-walletghtness (light or dark mode), and whether your profile is visible on community leaderboards. These settings do not affect your gameplay; they only control your personal experience on the chara platform. If you participate in our slot tournaments for games like Aviator or Fortune Tiger, you can choose whether your tournament ranking appears with your display name or anonymously.
